Webroot SecureAnywhere

To prevent Veriato Recon/360 from being scanned and detected by Webroot SecureAnywhere, configure the recommended exclusions.  At this time, Webroot SecureAnywhere is not discovering the Veriato Server or Recorder.

Add Exclusions

Follow these steps after installing the Veriato Server and one test client Recorder. This will allow you to exclude the files that may be detected in the future.

  1. Open the Webroot control panel. In the PC Security section, click the gear icon to open Settings.

  2. When the Veriato Server has been installed, return to Webroot. In PC Security, select the Block/Allow Files tab.

  3. Click Add File. Browse to and select the first Veriato Recon/360 file from the list of files below. An error message may appear when trying to add certain files. Click OK to ignore the message.

  4. Select Allow next to the file and continue on to the next file.

  5. When the list of files is complete, close the Webroot SecureAnywhere control panel, confirming your changes.
